Creed Devotional - Lifelong learning

“To realize that within our grasp in Zeta Tau Alpha lies the opportunity to learn those things which will ever enrich and ennoble our lives”

The ZTA creed is something we value heavily. Zeta sisters also make a conscious effort to keep our 9 key values at the forefront of our minds. To encourage this, our chapter will be going through our creed, piece by piece, and discussing our thoughts on this outlet to project to the world what these key values mean to us. Lifelong Learning is the first value that Zetas hold dear to our hearts, which is found in the first line of our creed. When we think about Lifelong Learning in ZTA, we are called to continuously learn about ourselves and our purpose in life. When we seek this journey of lifelong learning, we are committing to be the best version of ourselves. Zeta has given all of us the opportunity to learn these things, but it is our decision to take it. In ZTA we have been given the chance to grow into a nobler woman. The expectations of a Zeta are high and in order to be a Zeta lady, we must have an urge to be better in all aspects of our lives. Growth is the main priority. When we all look back on our membership in ZTA, we have the constant reminder of the support, sisters, and opportunity to flourish that we have been given. For that, we are forever grateful for this fraternity.
