A Zetas Guide to Looking and Feeling Fabulous

Hello Gorgeous!
Has social distancing been making you feel sluggish, unmotivated, not so cute? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then welcome to the club! I feel you 100%. It is so important to feel beautiful and confident in your own skin. I know it may be hard during this time, but I got you girl. Here are my steps to looking and most importantly FEELING fabulous:
My first step of the day is starting my day off by thanking God for waking me up. It's so important to realize that not everyday is promised! Then, I turn on some feel-good music. A few of my favorite artists to listen to right now are Snoh Aalegra, Amber Mark, Mahalia and Sinead Harnett. I love to listen to music that uplifts me and makes me feel unstoppable because empowered women empower women!
My second step of the day is taking a hot shower. Showering in the morning always makes me feel super awake and ready to take on the day. A few of my favorite products I love to use in the shower right now are the Dr.Bronner’s Pure-Castile Liquid Soap, Neutrogena Cleanser/Mask and the Dove exfoliating body polish. If I wake up a little earlier, I like to do an aloe plant hair mask and leave it in my hair for about an hour. It will leave your hair so soft and shiny. When I get out the shower I love to use a toner on my face and moisturize. Then, for my hair I have been staying away from hot tools and styling my hair naturally. Your hair will thank you!
My third step of the day which is also my favorite is getting dressed! I love to put on an outfit that accentuates my body type and makes me feel bold and beautiful. Your style is an expression of yourself! Since we are chilling at home right now I go for a comfy and cute sweatsuit. My favorite trend right now is tie dye sweat suits. So I purchased white sweats & sweatshirts and dyed my own! I suggest watching the various Tik Tok tutorials lol. To dress up any outfit I love to add small chunky gold hoops and a gold necklace with some gold rings. It leaves my tie dyed sweat suit looking so chic! Accessories elevate any look. A few of my favorite stores to buy accessories from are Zara, H&M and Target.
My fourth step of the day is making a healthy nutritious breakfast that doesn't leave me feeling sluggish or too full. It's important to feed our bodies with nutrient dense foods that make us feel good and ready to accomplish anything! My favorite breakfast to make right now is a hard boiled egg with smashed avocado on ezekiel bread with a strawberry banana chia seed smoothie.Try it out!
Finally, for my last step I sit down and write down a list of what I would like to execute. If I don't have any homework I like to journal some goals I have for myself or something I'd like to work on. Investing in a cute journal will inspire you to write your goals, feelings, and will improve your mood.This will leave you feeling focused and inspired.
